Peninsula Mindfulness RM&M Courses

The Relaxation, Meditation & Mindfulness (RM&M) Course is your most helpful introduction to Meditation and Mindfulness.

 

 

In the RM&M course you will learn and practice:

  • Sitting, standing and walking relaxations
  • Tranquillity (Calm) breath meditation, walking meditation, sweeping body meditation and lovingkindness [metta] heart meditation
  • Specific and day-to-day mindfulness

The courses are given by PMI trained leaders at a number of locations on the Mornington Peninsula.
